Black Heart Spiked Collar

This brat tamer slip choker is black leather with all black hardware. The leather section is one inch wide and 13 inches long, and the slip chain is 17 inches long with the black swivel clasp. The hardware holding the hearts is offset on purpose, to ensure the hearts stay in place and don’t flip upside down during use.
