Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Please note that once work begins on a custom piece all sales are final.
Returns: At this time all sales are final, and I do not accept returns. However, I will gladly make adjustments or modifications to your purchase. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Refunds: Due to the nature of custom orders and the items I sell, all transactions are final. In certain situations you may contact me to request a concession. Please state the nature of your complaint and the reason for your request and I will verify your eligibility for return. Refunds may only be approved for extenuating circumstances, such as errors on my part. In this event I will gladly modify or correct your order.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. All returns are subject to a non-returnable 20% restocking fee. In the event your request is approved you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. I are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
