If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us at info@metalweaverscreations.com. Please note that once work begins on a custom piece all sales are final.

Returns: At this time all sales are final, we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly make adjustments or modifications to your purchase. Please contact us at info@metalweaverscreations.com.

Refunds: Due to the nature of custom orders and the items we sell, all transactions are final. In certain situations you may contact us to request a concession. Please state the nature of your complaint and the reason for your request and we will verify your eligibility for return. Refunds may only be approved for extenuating circumstances, such as errors on our part. In this event we will gladly modify or correct your order.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. All returns are subject to a non-returnable 20% restocking fee. In the event your request is approved you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
